Academic Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Software Engineering, or a related field from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university/institute.
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, including project experience dealing with multiple customers in a heterogeneous technology environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in leading organizations dealing with software development/deployment, ERP/Customer Care, Billing Systems, and Project Management and Optimization Projects.
- Preference will also be given to candidates with utility sector experience.

Knowledge and Special Skills:
- Proficiency in evaluation and implementation of ICT systems, cyber security, data centers, information system design, data analytics, operation research techniques, and analysis and evaluation of complex data and systems.
- General management and administrative skills, with a demonstrated ability to envision web and mobile-based services that meet customer needs or solve business problems.
- Systems integration experience is preferred.

Tenure, Age, and Salary Package:
- The position is based in Lahore, but the incumbent may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan.
- It is a three-year contract appointment, extendable based on requirement and performance.
- The maximum age limit is 62 years on the closing date of the advertisement.
- The position offers a competitive and attractive market-based remuneration package.
