Education & Experience	• Ph.D. in International Law + 5 years experience as an Advocate in Pakistan OR • Master's in International Law + 7 years experience as an Advocate in Pakistan.	• Ph.D. in International Law + 3 years experience as an Advocate in Pakistan OR • Master's in International Law + 5 years experience as an Advocate in Pakistan.
Age Limit	Maximum 62 years	Maximum 62 years
Tenure	Initial 3-year contract, extendable for up to 2 more years based on performance.	Initial 3-year contract, extendable for up to 2 more years based on performance.

Pay Packages (Per MP Scales Policy 2020)

MP-II Scale:
- Basic Pay: Rs. 263,180/-
- House Rent: Rs. 95,700/-
- Transport Monetization: Rs. 77,430/-
- Utilities: Rs. 11,970/-
- Annual Increment: Rs. 39,480/-
MP-III Scale:
- Basic Pay: Rs. 184,230/-
- House Rent: Rs. 47,850/-
- Transport Monetization: Rs. 65,060/-
- Utilities: Rs. 8,380/-
- Annual Increment: Rs. 26,320/-
