Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership (policy implementation, strategic plans)

Required Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Ph.D. or M.Phil. in Education, Management, Economics, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
- Experience: 25+ years, with at least 10 years as Dean, Director, or Head of Department in an Educational Institute, or as a Top-Level Manager in a well-reputed Public or Private Sector Organization.
- Research & Teaching: Strong academic record with publications, citations, teaching experience, and curriculum design.
- Administrative Oversight: Management of programs, budgets, Human Resources, and academics.
Age Limit: 50-65 years as on the closing date.
Terms & Conditions:
- Initial contract for two years, extendable for another two based on performance and Board approval.
- Contract may be terminated with one month's notice or salary in lieu thereof.
Emoluments & Benefits: Market-competitive salary package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
