- APPOINTMENT OF LEGAL ADVISORS AND ASSISTANT LEGAL ADVISOR/FIRMS.
- The office of the Administrator, J&K State Property in Pakistan, Lahore, and Poonch House Complex, Rawalpindi, requires the services of Legal Advisor and Assistant Legal Advisor on monthly Retainer ship basis of Rs.140,000/- to render Legal Advice and defend/file cases in various courts of Law on behalf of Federation of Pakistan and Administrator J&K State Property in Pakistan.
- The cases mostly pertain to the courts at Lahore and Rawalpindi.
- The interested legal advisor/ firm, preferably having experience of land revenue, are requested to submitted their bio- data C.V alongwith experience details mentioning the cases handled by them to the undersigned within a time period of 15-days on the publishing of this advertisement.
- The appointment will be subject to approval by Ministry of Law and Justice Division. Priority preference will be given to the Lawyers/Firms:-
- (a) Holding license of Supreme Court for Legal Advisor and High Court for Assistant Legal Advisor.
- (b) Having experience of Civil Litigation of Property Estate Cases at least for ten years.
- (c) Lawyer either self-employed or senior partner (owner of Law- firm). If he is employed in any firm that will not serve the purpose.
- (d) Lawyer having qualification of Barrister or LL.M.
- (e) Having more important reputed cases in (in PLDs) be given more weightage.
- (f) Experience as Lawyer in civil litigation.
- (g) Lawyer indicting statue of license (District Court, High Court, and Supreme Court) with detail, mentioning date of issue.
- (h) Number of reported cases, if any, Candidates having more reputed cases will be given weightage.
- (i) Candidate must not have personal record of crime etc.
- Interested Advocates/legal firms may obtain the details of the scope of work, cases or other relevant information from the undersigned during office hours.
- No. TADA shall be given on appearing interview.
