How to Apply?
- Eligibility Criteria
- i. He/she should be a regular Government employee in BS-07 to 18
- drawing salary from AGPR, provincial AG offices and Field Accounts
- Offices under the Controller General of Accounts (CGA) including
- attached departments given in Schedule-Ill of Rules of Business,
- 1973 and employees of Provincial/AJK & GB mentioned in their
- respective Rules of Business.
- ii. Fresh candidates shall not be less than 25 years and more than
- 50 years of age as on 30.04.2025 (persons having Date of Birth
- before 01.05.1975 and after 30.04.2000 are not eligible).
- iii. Repeater candidates shall not be less than 25 years and more than
- 55 years of age as on 30.04.2025 (persons having Date of Birth
- before 01.05.1970 and after 30.04.2000 are not eligible).
- iv. Repeaters who have performed two (02) or less Hajj duties in KSA
- as Pak-Based Moavin/Nazim are eligible to apply. Those who have
- performed more than two (02) Hajj Duties are not eligible, as per
- Islamabad High Court Orders dated 27-04-2024.
- v. Candidates applying for field supporting staff should have
- minimum Matric qualification.
- 1. The applicants shall be assessed through NTS written, Physical/ endurance tests. Physical/ endurance test will be held after
- written test and against the respective quota of regions according to merit. The physical/endurance test will comprise of 5 kms
- jogging/brisk walk within a specified time to be announced in due course on NTS website.
- ii. Written test shall be conducted from the syllabus/material provided on website of NTS.
- iii. The information provided by the candidates in the NTS application/online form shall be considered as final. No change or excuse
- will be accepted at any later stage.
- iv. Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) should be obtained well in time and shall be provided by the candidate as
- communicated on official website of the NTS in due course of time. Failure of doing so will disqualify the candidate.
- v. Repeaters shall be selected up to maximum 70% of the total strength of Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/Nazims.
- vi. Due to special nature of assignments, disabled/handicapped Government employees are not eligible. Employees having heart
- issues, hypertension, diabetic, chronic diseases or any other kind of medical or mental disability/disease are not eligible.
- Candidates are required to provide medical fitness certificate from concerned DHQ.
- vii. Original documents of the shortlisted candidates will be checked at any stage of selection process and in case of any false or
- wrong information; the selection of the candidate will be cancelled and may entail disciplinary proceedings. Moreover, failure to
- produce timely salary slip issued by AGPR/Provincial AG offices/other heads of accounts operating under CGA shall lead to
- disqualification.
- viii. M/o RA&IH reserves the right to increase or decrease number of Moavineen/Nazims in any category keeping in view the actual
- requirement in that category as per Hajj quota/Saudi Taleemat.
- ix. Ministry reserves the right to cancel/withhold the selection process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
- x. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates during selection and training process.
- 1. Interested candidates must visit NTS official website: www.nts.org.pk to apply/register online form for the test.
- ii. The candidates shall submit printed copy of duly online filled application form along with attested photocopies of required
- documents as applicable to NTS Headquarters (M/o RA&IH Moavin/Nazim Project 2025), Plot #96, Street # 04, Sector
- H-8/1, Islamabad within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. Specimen forms can be downloaded from NTS and M/o
- RA & IH website (www.mora.gov.pk).
- iii. Application form filled improperly, incomplete and submitted by hand will not be entertained. Hand written application
- forms will not be entertained.
- iv. Shortlisted candidates will submit requisite documents in original to M/o RA & IH as and when asked by M/ORA & IH.
