Selection for Hajj Facilitators/Organizers

Hajj - 2026

Applications are invited from Pakistani citizens (male/female) holding a valid passport and CNIC, who have performed Hajj facilitation duties as Pakistani Hajj Facilitators/Organizers in various holy places in Saudi Arabia during 2000 to 2025. The selection will be made based on merit across various provinces and regions. Applicants should possess a minimum of graduation level academic qualification and relevant experience.

• Candidates who have performed their duties in Saudi Arabia as Pakistani Hajj Facilitators/Organizers more than twice will be eligible to apply temporarily. The final selection of this category will be subject to the decision in case No. 172/2025 pending in the Islamabad High Court, Islamabad.

General Terms and Conditions

• The recruitment process will be conducted through the National Testing Service (NTS) on a purely merit basis.
• Physical fitness test will be conducted after the written test. The physical fitness test will include a basic walk/jog of 1.5 kilometers as per the standard of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, which must be completed within 18 minutes. The result of this test will be announced immediately after completion.
• The selection will be made strictly on merit as per the NTS test result. For qualification for the aptitude test, candidates must obtain a minimum of 100 marks in the test.
• The information provided by the candidates in the NTS online application form will be considered final, and any change or correction at any stage will not be acceptable.
• Candidates will retain their original (permanent) pay scale and will be considered for selection at that scale. Therefore, the institutions should ensure that their applications are submitted according to their original pay scale.
• A maximum of 70-80 candidates will be shortlisted per post.
• Special quotas have been allocated for minorities (5%), disabled persons (2%), and employees of Federal/Provincial Field Supporting Staff (e.g., Supervisory Positions, Field Staff, etc.) working in the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony (10% i.e. 1122 posts).
• Candidates will obtain the application form and challan form from the NTS website and submit it after fulfilling all requirements. Failure to do so will disqualify the candidate.
• Employees of autonomous bodies, semi-autonomous bodies, and government employees can also apply. Candidates working in any government, semi-government, or autonomous body must provide NOC from their department/institution at the time of the interview.
• Candidates will be responsible for their travel and accommodation expenses for the test/interview.
• Selected candidates will have to provide a medical fitness certificate issued by the District Headquarter (DHQ) Hospital or Civil Surgeon. The medical certificate will be verified by the panel constituted by the Ministry.

• Please pay the prescribed test fee of Rs. 900/- in any online branch of ABL, HBL, MCB, or Meezan Bank and send the application form along with the original deposit slip (NTS copy) to NTS Headquarters, Plot No. 96, Street No. 4, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad.
• The last date for submission of applications is November 20, 2025.
• The date of the written test will be announced later through NTS.
