i- Shortlisted candidates must report at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
ii- Shortlisted candidates from BPS-05 to BPS-15 must bring their original CNIC, educational documents, and experience certificates (if any) with attested copies, as submitted on the SJP (Sindh Jobs Portal).
iii- In case of public holidays, interviews will be rescheduled, and details will be displayed on the Sindh Job Portal. Candidates must regularly check their status on the Sindh Job Portal.
iv- The department will not be responsible if the candidate faces difficulty checking information or fails to do so.
v- Candidates already in government service must obtain an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC to the departmental selection committee at the time of the interview.
vi- Appointments will be made according to the clauses of the Government of Sindh's advertised policy dated 26-4-2023 and the Sindh Civil Servants Act 2017 and its rules amended from time to time.
vii- No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be paid for the interview.
