How to Apply?
- The candidates are advised to apply on-line by visiting the website i.e. www.mnsuam.edu.pk after reading all terms and conditions (Applications other than On-line shall not be accepted by the University).
- 2. The candidates may apply separately for each post with application fee, who are intended to apply for more than one positions.
- 3. The onus/responsibility of correctness of the data given in the on-line application will responsibility of the candidate.
- 4. Last date to apply ONLINE is 18-08-2023 and to submit the applications in hard form till 22-08-2023 four sets (dossier) for teaching positions and
- two sets (dossier) for non-teaching positions with attested copies of all certificates, degrees, testimonials, detailed marks certificates, experience certificates with specific dates, publications, transcripts, equivalence certificates, CNIC, domicile.
- 5. Original Bank Draft of the fee amounting to rupees indicated below, in favour of Treasurer, Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture, Multan for each position must be attached with hard copy of application dossier:
- BS-19 and Above ii. BS-17 to BS-18 Rs.2500/- Rs.1500/-
- 6. Age limit for non-Teaching/Administrative positions: No person who is less than 18 years and not more than 35 years' shall be appointed to a post by initial recruitment/direct recruitment, to be reckoned as on the last date of advertisement.
- 7. The foreign qualified candidates must attach equivalence certificates of foreign degree from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
- 8. 3% quota is reserved for disabled persons, 5% quota for Minorities (Non-Muslims) and 15% quota for women. Transgender can apply, if eligible for the post applied for.
- 9. Candidates already in service on TTS with any other university/institution should attach clear NOC that if the candidate is selected, the university/institution will relieve him/her under the rules and if such NOC is not attached with the application dossier, such application shall be rejected.
- 10. Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel/NOC issued by the authority by due date. The Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) grading for the last five years may also be recorded in the forwarding letter.
- 11. Applications will be short-listed according to the University prescribed criteria.
- 12. The University has right to increase or decrease the posts.
- 13. The University reserves the right not to fill any post or withhold appointment against any post without assigning any reason.
- 14. Candidates terminated/dismissed under any disciplinary law from the service by any of the Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous bodies are not eligible to apply.
- 15. Incomplete Applications or those received after due date shall not be entertained.
