Purpose of the Role: • Manage and support all hospital IT systems, especially the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), to ensure smooth 24/7 administrative operations. • Develop, implement, and periodically review the overall IT and HMIS strategy in alignment with organizational goals and healthcare standards. • Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation of clinical and administrative processes, ensuring efficient service delivery. • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure management, system performance, network availability, and user support services. • Coordinate with departmental heads and stakeholders to assess IT needs and implement appropriate technological solutions. • Prepare basic IT reports, inventory, and documentation. |
