Position Details
- Position Title: Chief Supply Chain Management Officer
- No. of Positions: 01
- Contract Term: 3 years (extendable once, up to age 65)
- Place of Posting: MEPCO Headquarters, Multan
- Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors
Job Description
- Develop MEPCO supply chain strategy based on organizational vision and strategic goals.
- Manage procurement team per PPRA Rules and MEPCO procurement practices.
- Lead procurement tasks for equipment, supplies, and services.
- Manage teams responsible for inventory control and logistics for efficient distribution.
- Ensure effective utilization of the ERP system for supply chain execution.
- Coordinate with other departments and validate supply chain frameworks.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: 16-year Degree (Master’s preferred) in Supply Chain from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Department or equivalent).
- Certifications: Certifications in supply chain management from reputable institutions are a plus.
Age Limit & Remuneration
- Age Limit: Upper limit is 62 years at the time of the closing date.
- Salary: Market-based competitive package (Rs. 0.8 to Rs. 1.0 million per month), negotiable based on experience. Includes additional benefits admissible for C-Level executives.
