Position Details

Position Title: Chief Supply Chain Management Officer
No. of Positions: 01
Contract Term: 3 years (extendable once, up to age 65)
Place of Posting: MEPCO Headquarters, Multan
Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors

Job Description

Develop MEPCO supply chain strategy based on organizational vision and strategic goals.
Manage procurement team per PPRA Rules and MEPCO procurement practices.
Lead procurement tasks for equipment, supplies, and services.
Manage teams responsible for inventory control and logistics for efficient distribution.
Ensure effective utilization of the ERP system for supply chain execution.
Coordinate with other departments and validate supply chain frameworks.

Qualification & Experience

Education: 16-year Degree (Master’s preferred) in Supply Chain from an HEC recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Department or equivalent).
Certifications: Certifications in supply chain management from reputable institutions are a plus.

Age Limit & Remuneration

Age Limit: Upper limit is 62 years at the time of the closing date.
Salary: Market-based competitive package (Rs. 0.8 to Rs. 1.0 million per month), negotiable based on experience. Includes additional benefits admissible for C-Level executives.
