Necessary legal advice required in various cases of the year must be given without conflict. There will be no advisor.
In case of lapse of the above conditions, the appointment of legal advisor shall be terminated.
The Government may terminate the appointment of the Legal Adviser at any time on one month's notice or payment of honorarium or likewise the Legal Adviser may withdraw.
