• Educational Background:
  • Graduation / Bachelors from HEC recognized University preferably in HR

• Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:
  • Professional Experience:
    • Preferably 2 years of experience in relevant field (Degrees must be attested by HEC).
  • Key Responsibilities & Skills:
    • Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding process
    • Maintain employee record and HR documentation
    • Assist with payroll process, attendance and leave management
    • Manage compensation and benefits
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies
    • Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support
    • Support performance management and appraisal processes
    • Prepare HR reports and assist in implementing HR policies and procedure
    • Excellent Communication ability including writing and active listening

• Location: Islamabad

• Selected candidates will be hired initially on a contract basis for 3 years, extendable based on performance and requirement.

• Incomplete applications or those with false information will be rejected at any stage.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.

• The mentioned maximum age limit includes general age relaxation.

• Quota for women, minorities, and disabled persons will be applicable as per rules.

• NTL reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
