Professional Experience<br/>- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation & Benefits/Rewards/Payroll/ with reputed organization(s).<br/>Key Responsibilities & Skills<br/>- Assist in designing and maintaining compensation structures.<br/>- Support reward strategies, salary bench-marking.<br/>- Administer payroll inputs, employee benefit programs with complete compliance as well as respond to employee queries.<br/>- Assist in job evaluation and role-based pay decisions.<br/>- Support employee performance evaluations and promotion interventions.<br/>- Apply strong analytical, numerical and HRIS/Excel skills.<br/>- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all processes.<br/>- Hands-on Advance MS Excel and data analytics skills.<br/>- Familiarity with compensation analytical tools.<br/>- Strong communication and problem solving skills. |
