Position Details:
- Position: Director (Technical)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Salary Range: PKR 450,000 - 855,000
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software/IT, Electronics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized University. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in programming languages, software development, and technologies such as Java, C++, ASP.NET, SQL, HTML/CSS, Python, React.js.
- Understanding of internet governance and related frameworks and legislation.
- Proficient in technical trends related to the Internet (OTT, HTTP, IXP, DPI).
- Thorough understanding of IT/Digital Transformation and Software Development Lifecycle trends and processes, especially AI, open source, and Machine Learning.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise projects independently and meet deadlines using analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and be self-paced to accomplish goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
