- Position: Business Executive
- Educational Background: Intermediate, preferably Bachelor's degree from HEC Recognized University
- Age (Max): 25 Years
- (Positions: 9x Karachi, 3x Quetta)
- Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies.
- Actively monitor franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status.
- Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network.
- Conduct ground verifications of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment of new franchisees.
- Conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
- Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships.
- Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
- Location: Karachi East, Central, West, Malir, Keamari, Thatta/Sujawal, Badin, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar/Umarkot, and Quetta
Terms & Conditions:
- Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 3 years (extendable if required) and will be on a 6-month probation period.
- Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
- Candidates shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
- Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificates (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview.

- Preference will be given to applicants having their own conveyance (Motorbike).
- Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., will not be allowed during tests/interviews.
