EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO THE CHAIRMAN & BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA), established in 2005, invites applications for the position of Executive Secretary to the Chairman & Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman and Board;
- coordinate Board and Committee meetings;
- manage correspondence, maintaining minutes of meetings, schedules, and documentation;
- liaise with management and stakeholders;
- ensure confidentiality and timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in senior executive/Board-level support;
- excellent written and spoken English;
- strong organizational skills;
- proficiency in MS Office;
- ability to work independently;
- presentable, professional, with an interest in arts and culture.
