How to Apply?
- 1. Applications along with attested required documents must reach the office of undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of advertisement.
- 2. All above posts are on contract basis and no claim will be entertained for regularization on the part of selected candidates in future.
- 3. Age limit is inclusive of 05 years general age relaxation Rules and further age relaxation will be granted as per Government applicable policy.
- 4. All appointments shall be made in according with the prevailing Recruitment Rules/Policy of the Federal Government.
- 5. Age will be calculated with effect from the closing date of submitting application.
- 6. Eligibility of candidates will be determined on the basis of his/her academic qualification as given against each post.
- 7. A candidate can apply for more than one post by applying separately for each post.
- 8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview.
- 9. Candidates shall present original documents along with set of attested copies of all the relevant documents at the time of interview.
- 10. Incomplete applications/applications received after due date shall not be entertained.
- 11. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
- 12. The Department of National Archives of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole increase/decrease the number of vacancies at any stage without assigning any reason
