Group Chief Inclusive Development Group (SEVP)	1	Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related discipline from HEC-recognized institution; Master's degree or certifications in Development Finance/Inclusive Finance/Sustainable Finance/SME/Agricultural Finance preferred	Maximum 57 years on last date of application submission

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC of Pakistan in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or a related discipline. Candidates possessing a Master's degree and/or certifications in Development Finance, Inclusive Finance, Sustainable Finance, SME, or Agricultural Finance or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

Minimum 18 years of working experience out of which 12 years in Banking and/or Financial Sector with at least: 08 years as Head of SME and/or Agri and/or Commercial business, OR 05 years as Head of Retail Banking. Preference given to candidates with experience in managing diversified banking portfolios including SME, agriculture, commercial lending; overseeing multi-divisional development-focused banking operations; working closely with senior management and Board-level committees on strategic planning, governance and business oversight; proven leadership in developing and implementing sustainability, green finance, financial inclusion and development finance initiatives including stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships with DFIs and regulators.
