Positions

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC of Pakistan in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or a related discipline. Master's degree and/or certifications in Development Finance, Inclusive Finance, Sustainable Finance, SME, or Agricultural Finance preferred.

Experience

Minimum 18 years of working experience, out of which 12 years in Banking and/or Financial Sector with at least: 8 years as Head of SME and/or Agri and/or Commercial business, OR 5 years as Head of Retail Banking. Preference for candidates with experience managing diverse banking portfolios including SME, agriculture, commercial lending; proven leadership in developing and implementing sustainability, green finance, financial inclusion and development finance initiatives.

Pay Scale

Competitive and negotiable, commensurate with qualification, experience and leadership potentials
