1. Senior Project Manager - Enterprise (VP)
- Place of Posting: Karachi
- Reporting to: Wing Head - Enterprise PM
- Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or relevant certifications, like Project Management Professional (PMP) will be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 06 years of experience in IT Project Management, out of which at least 03 years of experience in managing IT projects related to banking applications.
- Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences at various levels within the Bank, including executives, management, and individual contributors.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects within the Bank, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory compliance, and the Bank's Project Management Framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate comprehensive project requirements, identifying constraints, risks, and assumptions to define project deliverables.
- Create essential project documentation, including work breakdown structures, project organization charts, communication plans, risk plans, and cost/resource plans.
- Ensure projects and programs adhere to scope, schedule, and budget parameters while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Supervise monitoring and tracking of project progress to guarantee alignment with established goals and objectives.
- Foster effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise implementation of risk management strategies, addressing potential issues proactively and ensuring project success.
- Develop and maintain a project schedule, identifying critical milestones and dependencies to facilitate successful project execution.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve challenges, make informed decisions, and drive the project to successful completion.
- Assess and optimize project processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage scope during the project and collaboratively adjust it where necessary.
- Oversee the management of project/program issues and risks to mitigate the impact on the baseline.
- Deliver clear, timely, appropriate, and relevant communication of project progress, financials, and risks/issues to stakeholders and supervisors.
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor.
2. Associate - Governance & Audit Coordination (OG-I/OG-II)
- Place of Posting: Karachi
- Reporting to: Department Head Governance & Audit Coordination
- Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or Commerce and/or Master's degree and/or relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of IT Governance Coordination and/or IT Audit.
- Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Sound knowledge of audit & compliance coordination.
- Proficient in business continuity and disaster recovery regulations.
- Proficient in IT governance frameworks, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, both internal and external.
- Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure clear and timely communication between IT auditors, internal teams, and external auditors.
- Monitor the progress of IT audit activities, track audit issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Organize and maintain audit documentation for review, compliance, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate IT governance activities, including policy updates, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring IT governance frameworks to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Facilitate communication between the IT governance committee, senior management, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support in identifying, assessing, and documenting potential IT-related risks and controls.
- Support the development and ongoing monitoring of risk management strategies across the IT landscape.
- Ensure timely updates and reviews of internal controls, and compliance measures to mitigate risks effectively.
- Maintain records of IT risk assessments, compliance activities, and governance activities for audit purposes.

3. IT Specialist (VA/PT Engineer) (OG-I/OG-II)
- Place of Posting: Karachi/Islamabad
- Reporting to: Unit Head - Security Operations
- Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or relevant certifications in the cyber security domain from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, Threat Intelligence (GICTI), Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA) will be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of experience in cyber security (e.g., VA/PT) and/or a similar role.
- Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Hands-on knowledge of cyber intelligence frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model).
- Familiarity with OWASP, SANS, and Threat Intelligence life cycle.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP and other network protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex cyber threat information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and detect web activity, threat reports, and intelligence feeds.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) to automate tasks.
- Familiarity with creating languages (i.e., Python) is a plus.
- Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments (VAs) on internal and external sources (such as firewalls, threat feeds, security reports) to stay ahead of potential cyber threats.
- Conduct penetration testing (PT) using various attack simulation techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) to predict potential attacks on the bank.
- Analyze the results of VA/PT to identify vulnerabilities, assess their potential impact, provide actionable intelligence to inform decision-making, and mitigate risks.
- Prepare comprehensive VA/PT reports outlining findings and provide recommendations to IT security and senior leadership teams. Ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
- Work closely with SOC (Security Operations Center), incident response, and vulnerability management teams to ensure security vulnerabilities are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Analyze and interpret threat data from various sources, including threat intelligence platforms (TIPs), security information and event management (SIEM) systems, and other cybersecurity tools to collect, correlate, and analyze threat data.
- Develop and deliver threat intelligence briefings and other cybersecurity awareness about the latest threats and mitigation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques, and evaluate new tools and processes to enhance the Bank's threat intelligence program.

4. NOC Support Officer (OG-I/OG-II)
