Positions Available:
- Assistant Director (Age Limit: 37 years)
- Deputy Assistant Director (Age Limit: 30 years)
Educational Background:
- For both positions, a Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A Master's degree (18 years of education) in a relevant field is preferred for the Assistant Director position.
- All degrees must be recognized and attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Professional Experience and Skills:
- Assistant Director:
  - Preferably 5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the public sector or multinational organizations.
  - PMP certification is preferred.
  - Skills include providing program oversight and strategic support, preparing reports, managing risks, engaging with stakeholders, evaluating customer reviews, and conducting project management tasks.
- Deputy Assistant Director:
  - Preferably 2 years of experience in managing large-scale projects.
  - PMP certification is preferred.
  - Similar skills as the Assistant Director, but with a focus on project management tasks.
Job Location:

Islamabad
Terms and Conditions:
- The initial contract is for 5 years, extendable if required.
- Management reserves the right to accept or reject applications.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
- Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
- Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
- A 5-year age relaxation is already included in the age limits.
- Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- No travel or daily allowances (TA/DA) will be provided for the interview.
- Attested degrees from HEC must be provided at the interview.
