Deputy Director (Intelligence Developer) Age: 44 (Max)	B.S/B.E (4 Years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer System Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent in a related field. Higher education is a must. Degrees must be attested by HEC.	Professional Experience: Minimum 5+ year relevant experience in Teradata. Experience in designing and developing enterprise-wide dashboards and reports aligned with business KPIs in Teradata. Expertise in data visualization tools (BI, Cognos, and Qlik Sense, with a focus on dashboard design and implementation). Worked with 2+ international clients across 2+ industries, translating complex data into actionable insights and reports. Strong background in data modeling for BI, report performance tuning, and database administration/maintenance tasks (Teradata, Oracle). Skills & Competencies: • Proven end-to-end solution design and implementation. • Strong Teradata knowledge and experience. • Report creation and maintenance of metadata repositories. • Extensive knowledge of business intelligence and data analytic models. • Document semantic model structures and business logic. • Strong communication skills and teamwork. • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts. • Optimize BI reports and data models for performance and scalability. • Optimize existing reporting and data processes. • Deliver user training and adoption assistance. • Maintain report standards for accurate data reporting and analytics. • Monitor and troubleshoot report performance. • Develop and maintain data governance standards.

Job Location: Islamabad

Terms & Conditions:

1. An applicant will be hired on a contract basis for a period of 1 year, which includes a probationary period of 6 months (extendable if needed).

Extensive experience in applying data science to business problems. Skills & Competencies: • Extensive experience of working with large-scale, complex datasets to create/optimize machine learning, prediction, forecasting, and/or optimization models. • Extensive experience with data query languages (e.g., SQL). Other relevant languages (e.g., Python, R), and statistical/mathematical software tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) are a plus. • Experience in an analytical role involving data collection, analysis, and interpretation. • Extensive knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques (e.g., regression, time-series modeling, generalized linear models, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting machines, PCA and clustering/segmentation analysis, k-means, hierarchical clustering, association rules, principal components). • Strong understanding of data correlations, modeling, probability, and decision theory. • Build models and tools using technical knowledge in machine learning, statistical modeling, probability, and data theory, and tune models for performance. • Improve upon existing methodologies for developing new data sources, testing model performance, or improving existing data pipelines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various levels of technical knowledge as well as sharing insights and recommendations. • Understand the business reality behind large sets of data and develop meaningful recommendations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to engineering teams and business audiences.
