Must be able to update account records, Carry out delivery and collection of official documents, bills, cheques, invoices, and financial files between accounts and other departments/offices such as AGPR, banks, vendors, and related offices. Should have valid Motorcycle license. Must be aware of accounts reconciliation and bank statements. Must be aware of concerned ministries and divisions. Maintain a daily movement register/logbook for all documents dispatched or received.
