Key Responsibilities
- Legal Vetting: Reviewing contracts, agreements, MoUs, and legal documents.
- Drafting: Preparing legal opinions, notices, pleadings, and official correspondence.
- Research: Conducting research on statutes, rules, and precedents.
- Litigation Support: Providing legal advice on regulatory matters and liaising with external counsel.
- Reporting: Preparing legal summaries and presentations.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Location: These positions are Karachi-based and non-transferable.
- Contract: Initially for three (03) years, extendable based on performance.
- Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
- Quota: Provincial quotas will be observed per Federal Government Policy.
- Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel with an NOC (No Objection Certificate).
