Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution (Pakistan or foreign equivalent) with at least 10 years' experience, of which 5 years as a Key Officer, Director, Chief Executive, or Principal Officer in the insurance industry or as an officer with Insurance Regulator; OR (a) ACII or FCII, (b) Fellow or Associate of the Institute or Society of Actuaries or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Society of Actuaries, (c) Masters degree in Insurance, Risk Management or Actuarial Science from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 5 years' experience as Key Officer, Director, Chief Executive, or Principal Officer in the insurance industry or as an officer with Insurance Regulator.

Experience

Minimum 10 years (with 5 years as Key Officer/Director/Chief Executive/Principal Officer in insurance industry or Insurance Regulator); OR minimum 5 years for actuarial/insurance qualification holders

Pay Scale

Remuneration package will be determined based on the candidate's experience and competence
