Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline, coupled with substantial progressive experience in financial and administrative management, preferably within the development or humanitarian sector. Proven ability to manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance and lead teams. Familiarity with donor reporting standards, financial systems, and organizational policies will be given preference.

HR & Finance Officer
|
Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field with relevant experience in financial management and HR operations, preferably in the development sector. Strong grasp of accounting, payroll, and HR procedures is required. Communication, and record-keeping skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured and confidential manner.
