CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Director Operations & Construction (Dir O&C)
The National Police Foundation (NPF) is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for this role on a three-year contract. The COO will oversee operational coordination, strategic initiatives across Foundation businesses, and lead the Construction Directorate.
Requirements
- Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like ACCA, CA, ACMA, CFA, or PMP are preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience.
- At least 10 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., COO, CFO, General Manager).
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of June 20, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational oversight of NPF businesses.
- Implementation of strategic plans and organizational objectives.
- Direct supervision of the Construction Directorate.
- Financial management, performance monitoring, and resource optimization.
- Driving business growth and revenue enhancement.
