CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Director Operations & Construction (Dir O&C)

The National Police Foundation (NPF) is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for this role on a three-year contract. The COO will oversee operational coordination, strategic initiatives across Foundation businesses, and lead the Construction Directorate.

Requirements

Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like ACCA, CA, ACMA, CFA, or PMP are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience.
- At least 10 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., COO, CFO, General Manager).
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of June 20, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Operational oversight of NPF businesses.
Implementation of strategic plans and organizational objectives.
Direct supervision of the Construction Directorate.
Financial management, performance monitoring, and resource optimization.
Driving business growth and revenue enhancement.
