The incumbent should have-<ul><li>Experience of recruitment, managing general HR operations</li><li>Knowledge of Federal Govt basic laws/rules of hiring, promotions, terminations and other related regulations</li></ul>Retired Brigadier or equivalent from Armed Forces with HR experience may also apply. |
