Required experience: development planning, project management, monitoring and evaluation or technical and vocational education and training (TVET), including: preparation, formulation and processing of PCI for development projects/schemes; monitoring, evaluation and appraisal of development projects and programmes; formulation and implementation of policies and frameworks relating to training; preparation and implementation of training plans and programmes; contribution to formulation, review and implementation of TVET policies and strategies; project planning, project management, administration and institutional coordination; stakeholder management, inter-agency coordination and preparation of policy briefs, summaries, reports and documents. | None |
