The duly filled application form along with attested copies of all relevant documents (including equivalence certificate, if applicable) must be submitted to the 11-A Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department by 02-10-2026 (Friday) till 8:00 PM. The application form should be along with a bank draft/pay order of RS 2000/- in the favor of Dean, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research Lahore.
