The duly filled application form along with attested copies of all relevant documents (including equivalence certificate if applicable) must be submitted to the 11-A Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department by 02-10-2026 till 5:00 PM. Soft form of applications/dossier can be submitted through e-mail NSICTRC@UNIAB.GOV.PK. Applications sent via post/TCS must also reach before the deadline. Application form must be accompanied by a bank draft/pay order of Rs. 2000/- in the favor of Dean, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore.
