VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from Pakistani and Foreign Nationals for appointment against the post of Dean, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research (NSICT&R), Lahore on contract basis.

1. Educational Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by HEC/PM&DC
• F.C.P.S/M.D./MS/FRCS, Membership or Fellowship of a Royal College(s) or any equivalent postgraduate qualification in the oncology or related specialties recognized registered by the PMDC
• Accredited qualifications and recognized experience in oncology related fields will be preferred

2. Professional Expertise

• Must have at least 10 years of post-fellowship experience in an HEC-recognized university or PMDC-recognized medical teaching institution.
• Must have at least 15 research publications in PMDC/HEC-recognized or internationally indexed medical journals in the relevant specialty.

3. Age Limit:

• The candidate must be above 40 years or below 70 years on the closing date of application.

4. Tenure of Appointment

• The Dean shall be appointed for a term of Five (05) years and shall be eligible for re-appointment, based on the satisfactory performance evaluation by the Board of Governors

5. Salary

• 2.5 million to 3 million
