• Contract: The position is initially for 3 years, extendable as per applicable regulatory provisions, with a 6-month probation period.
• Pay Package: A competitive package will be offered, commensurate with the applicant's qualifications and experience, including bachelor accommodation at the project site.
• Instructions & General Instructions:
• The position is project site-based, located near Muzaffarabad, AJ&K, with frequent travel to Islamabad.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
• No TA/DA will be provided for interviewees.
• Educational degrees must be from HEC-recognized universities or relevant boards.
• Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
• NJHPC reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning a reason.
• Current government employees should apply through the proper channels and submit their applications with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments.
• Candidates who have been dismissed or debarred from future employment are not eligible to apply.
• Eligible candidates who are willing to lead a hydropower project of national importance and take on challenges may submit their applications along with resumes, copies of educational and experience certificates, a copy of their CNIC (national identity card), and a photograph to the Company Secretary NJHPC.
