Eligible regular officers of Federal/Provincial Governments in BS-20/21. Must fulfill prescribed criteria regarding grade, age, service record, foreign posting, administrative/managerial experience, procurement/development experience, knowledge of Hajj/Umrah matters and Saudi regulations, financial rules, IT skills and interpersonal abilities.
