GBV Associate (Female)
Psychologist 01 (Female)
A university degree (Preferably in Social Sciences) with stong experience in development Planning and monitoring Three or more years of relevant professional experience with vulnerable groups including at least two years with substantial managerial responsibility Experience in the field of vulnerable groups (such as refugees, IDPs Asylum seekers) Proactive problem-solving and time management skills Very good command of written and spoken English,demonstrated English reporting skills General writing and analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills Gender sensitized and committed to gender equality
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Execl and Outlook.
Knowledge of file management, transcription and other administrative procedures.
BAMA degree in social science (Humanitarian/ Development studies, Sociology, political science,
International relations, other relevant discipline)) 2 years' experience in GBV related prevention and response activities. Strong communication skills in English both verbal and formal Knowledge of local languages (Pashtu) is mandatory. Ability to travel to remote areas of Baluchistan.
Case management experience in psychological counselling) Facilitation Skills: ability to facilitate social events, workshops, FGDs, community meetings Gender sensitized and committed to gender equality Good understanding of community health issues.
Experience in the field of vulnerable groups (such as refugees, IDPs Asylum seekers) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability and flexibility to work long hours under difficult conditions and under pressure. Be local of the district where the project is implemented Good reporting skills in English.
University degree MSc/BSc in Psychology 2 Years working experience as psychologist in humanitarian field) Gender sensitized and committed of gender euality.
Good understanding of community mental health issues Flexibility and able to adapt to changing situations Good communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability and flexibility to work long hours under difficult conditions and under pressure.
