The role involves strategy development & execution of business plan, build high-performance teams, provide multi-functional collaboration to deliver organizational goals. The ideal candidate to be a result-driven, strong ability to create culture of ethics and compliance to achieve operational excellence.
Operations Manager:
We are seeking Operations Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead drilling operations with a strong focus on well control, HSE standards and operational compliance. The role provides strategic leadership, managing diverse teams and overseeing complex and challenging rig operations. Must be result-driven, have operational excellence, knowledge of drilling fluid, kick risk and performance, driving continuous improvement and delivering operational reports.
Drilling Superintendent:
We are seeking Drilling Superintendent with 10+ years of experience to lead rig operations, implement effective HSE and well control procedures in coordination with clients & company's policies. Key responsibilities are training of rig crews, safety leadership.
Finance Controller:
We are seeking a Finance Controller with 10+ years experience to lead financial reporting, governance and performance management within an oil & gas drilling organization. The role provides leadership and expertise in cost management, forecasting, cash flow, tax, audit and risk management ensuring strong financial discipline and regulatory compliance for sustainable growth.
