Northern Power Generation Company Limited (NPGCL) is seeking high caliber energetic & experienced professionals for the following positions on a contract basis:
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
JOB PROFILE: Responsible for the overall financial management of the Company including budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: A member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA/CPA/FCMA/ACCA) with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Power Sector.
AGE: Maximum 58 years on the closing date of application.
2. Chief Internal Auditor
JOB PROFILE: Responsible for developing and implementing the internal audit plan, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: A member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA/CPA/FCMA/ACCA) with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
AGE: Maximum 55 years on the closing date of application.
3. Company Secretary
JOB PROFILE: Responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements, company law, and other applicable regulations. Facilitating board meetings and maintaining corporate records.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: A member of a recognized body of professional accountants or Chartered Secretaries with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, or Commerce from a recognized university, and at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
AGE: Maximum 55 years on the closing date of application.
4. Manager (HR, Admin & Legal)
JOB PROFILE: Responsible for all HR, administration, and legal matters including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and legal compliance.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: A Master’s degree in HR/Management/Public Administration or LLB is a must. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a large public sector organization. Strong understanding of labor laws and PPRA rules.
AGE: Maximum 50 years on the closing date of application.
TENURE, REMUNERATION AND CONDITIONS:
The appointments will be on a contract basis for a period of three (03) years, extendable based on performance and company requirements.
Market-based competitive remuneration packages will be offered.
