TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The prescribed application form is available in the Establishment/HR Section of Nowshera Medical College, Nowshera, as well as on the college website: www.nmcn.edu.pk.
- Applications, accompanied by a detailed CV and attested photocopies of all relevant documents, must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 04-08-2026.
- Applications must be accompanied by a processing fee of Rs. 5,000/- for Serial Nos. 01, 02; Rs. 3,000/- for Serial No. 03; and Rs. 1,500/- for Serial No. 04, in favor of "Dean, Nowshera Medical College", to be deposited in the Bank of Khyber (BoK), Account No. 0104030001159797. The original bank deposit slip must be attached with the application and submitted on or before the closing date during office hours.
- Applicants already serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Public Sector organizations must apply through the proper channel and submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
- If the closing date for submission of applications falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered the closing date.
- Applications received after the prescribed closing date and time, or incomplete applications, shall not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test and/or interview. However, shortlisted candidates shall be required to produce the original documents at the time of the test/interview.
- The Institutional Selection and Scrutiny Committee shall have the authority to reject any application that is incomplete or does not fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria. An aggrieved candidate may submit an appeal to the Competent Authority of Nowshera Medical College for review. The decision of the Competent Authority shall be final.
- The appointment and release of the first salary shall be subject to verification of academic, professional, and experience credentials from the concerned institutions. In the case of Government servants, appointment shall also be subject to submission of a proper relieving order or acceptance of resignation by the parent department, whichever applicable.
- A candidate may be disqualified and/or excluded from the selection process if he/she:
- Has been convicted by a court of law.
- Has been dismissed or removed from Government/Public service on disciplinary grounds.
- Knowingly furnishes false information or suppresses any material fact.
- Attempts to influence the selection process through improper or unlawful means.
- Submits forged, fabricated, or tampered certificates/documents.
- Tampers with entries in his/her age, academic, or other official certificates.
- Misbehaves during the test, interview, or any stage of the recruitment process.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test and/or interview.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts, cancel the recruitment process, or withhold any or all appointments without assigning any reason.
- The selected candidates shall be governed under the MTI Act 2015 (amended time to time).
- Those Candidates who have previously applied for the said post in any capacity under earlier advertisements are required to apply afresh.
