How to Apply?

1. Applications accompanied with complete Bio-date and attested photocopies of academic/
experience documents must reach to the office of the under-signed, within 15 days after
publishing in newspapers.
The prescribed application form is available in the Establishment Section of this college as well as
on our website i-ewww.nmcn.edu.pk.
Interview call letters will be issued to short listed candidates only.
4. Applications must reach along with Rs. 3000/- processing fee for serial number 01 to 02 to this
office on or before the last date during office hours, the applicants should submit the mentioned
amount in favour of "Dean NMC in Bank of Khyber (BoK) Account No.
PK42KHYB0104003001159797 OR 01043001159797.
(Note: Those candidates who want to sent the mentioned amount through bank, the bank charges
should be excluded from the above mentioned amount).
5. If closing date fixed for the receipt of application form falls on official holiday, the next day shall be
considered as the closing date.
Applicants already working in Govt/Autonomous Institution must route their applications through
proper channel which must be unconditional.
7. Applications received after closing time and date are not acceptable.
8. The Scrutiny/Selection committee shall be competent to reject applications which are incomplete.
However the aggrieved candidate can appeal to the competent authority of NMC for review. The
competent authority and BoG shall be competent to increase or decrease the number of posts
advertised in this add. The decisions of the competent authority & BoG therefore shall be final.
9. Two passport size Photographs and attested photocopies of all documents will be acceptable on
the Condition that the candidates would bring their original documents when they are called for
interviews.
10. First salary will be subject to verification of documents from the concerned institution as well as in
case of civil servant, resignation from their original post and availability of funds.
11. A candidate may be disqualified and/or excluded from interview if he/she was
a) Has ever been Convicted by court of Law.
b) Has been dismissed from public service for major reason
c) Knowingly furnishes any false information or suppresses any information which may lead to
his/her disqualification.
d) Attempts to obtain support for his/her by improper mean.
e) Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates.
g) Misbehaves in the interview,
12. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
f) Submit forged certificates/documents for his/her selection.
