Applications are invited from male and female candidates for filling the vacant posts of Lady Health Workers, Lady Health Supervisors, and Drivers in the Lady Health Worker Program in District Lower Dir for the listed centers/union councils, as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Policy of 2014.

Education and Other Qualifications:

• Minimum education is Matric, but preference will be given to candidates with Matric or higher education.
• Age limit is 18 to 45 years (for married women).
• Age limit is 20 to 45 years (for unmarried women).
• Special condition: The candidate must belong to the same union council for which they are applying.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Only women who are permanent residents of the union council can apply.
2. Application forms, along with all necessary documents, should be submitted to the relevant office.
3. All documents must be submitted with their originals.
4. All information will be verified "on the spot".
5. Local candidates will be given a 50% quota.
6. Preference will be given to experienced and married women.
7. The applying candidate must have completed the Lady Health Worker course.
8. For driver positions, individuals with a valid LTV license can apply.
9. For the driver position, preference will be given to a close relative of the concerned Lady Health Supervisor.
10. For driver positions, the age limit is 18 to 35 years.
11. If any document is found to be forged, legal action will be taken.
12. The interview can be postponed or cancelled at any stage.
13. No claim of any kind will be accepted for government employment.
14. The applicant will not be given any kind of TA/DA.
15. Applications submitted after the last date will not be accepted.
16. Only short-listed candidates will be called for the post.
17. Application forms can be obtained from the relevant office.
18. The last date for submission of applications is 15 days from the date of advertisement.
