Application Form should be submitted to the address mentioned against each office along with attested copies of CNIC, 03 latest passport size photographs, educational documents/degrees/certificates and domicile. Online Forms are also accepted at National Job Portal; however, the form and documents may be mailed to the offices for scrutiny before the closing date. Application Form can be downloaded from www.cga.gov.pk or www.nip.gov.pk. Applications must reach respective offices within 30 days from the date of advertisement. Provincial/Regional quota applies (Balochistan quota indicated).
