How to Apply
Applications are to be submitted from residents of District Kasur for sanitary (cleanliness) work at Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Patoki. Applications must be accompanied by domicile, national identity card, educational certificates, experience certificates, and attested photographs. The appointment will be on a 89-day temporary/contract basis and will not lead to a permanent job or any right to permanent appointment. Punjab Government's prescribed police verification/character certificate will be required. Complete original documents along with attested copies must be attached. Applications must be submitted according to the rules. Selected candidates will be deployed as per the hospital's needs and can be transferred to delegated institutions. No TA/DA will be provided for interview/selection. The selected candidate must undergo medical and physical fitness examination. If any information provided in the application form is found false/incorrect, the application will be rejected. Salary/remuneration will be paid via cross cheque through the approved rate of the government and added to the bank account. Selected sanitary staff must follow all instructions given by the administration of the hospital. It is mandatory for the hospital's sanitary staff to be present in the hospital daily on the basis of biometric attendance. Only biometric attendance will count, and continuous two-day absence without intimation will result in termination. In case of any complaint of misconduct or moral turpitude, the employee can be dismissed without prior notice.
