Applications are invited from the suitable candidates, who possess degrees/certificates duly recognized by Higher Education Commission/relevant board and relevant post qualification experience, for appointment in Overseas Pakistanis Foundation purely on contract basis against the following post:

Facilitation Officer	Qualification:	• Pleasant personality
Contract: 2 years (extendable based on performance)	i. At least a second-class Bachelor's degree / Associate Degree (14 years of Education) from HEC recognized institution, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, Business Studies, Business Administration and Management Science.	• Physically fit or suitable for Front Desk role
Salary: 32,970-2,395-104,820	ii. Candidates having degree/certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from recognized institution shall be given preference	• Interpersonal role and Cultural sensitivity
Total No. of posts = 10	Experience:	• Proficiency in more than one language i.e., English, Urdu and Regional languages
5x at Islamabad Or International Airport	Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in customer service / public dealing role preferably in aviation, Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous or recognized Private Sector organization.	• Complaint handling / Problem-solving attitude
3x at Allama Iqbal International Airport	Or	• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
2x at Bacha Khan International Airport	Minimum 2 years post qualification experience of working in Immigration or Facilitation service at Airport or Border	• Computer literacy is a must (MS Office, E-mail, Internet)
—	Or	• Willingness to work in flexible shifts (Night shifts, Weekends and Holidays)
—	Minimum 2 years post qualification experience of working with a registered Welfare Organization, dealing with overseas community	—
—	Or	—
—	Minimum 2 years post qualification experience of handling complaints, documentation and liaison with Public Sector/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous or recognized Private Sector organization.	—
—	Maximum age limit: 30 years (including all age relaxations)	—

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Age will be calculated with effect from the closing date of submission of the applications as per advertisement.
2. Eligibility will be determined on the basis of his/her academic qualification as given against the post.
3. Only shortlisted candidates would be called for test and interviews.
4. Information provided in the Job Application Form will be verified in case of offer of appointment.
5. In case, any of the information furnished by the applicant is found fake or bogus, candidature of particular candidate will stand cancelled and legal action shall be taken against the candidate.
6. The officer will be appointed purely on contract with no right to regularization.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
8. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/postpone recruitment process at any stage.
