Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) requires the services of qualified individuals to fill the following vacant post on a contract basis. Selection will be made purely on the basis of suitability and merit.

Qualification - At least Bachelor's Degree (preferably Engineering and Aviation Management) from an institution duly recognized by HEC with at least 2nd Division or equivalent (any higher qualification would be advantageous). - War Course Degree for Armed Forces Experienced is also acceptable. Experience - Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of Aviation or Armed Forces (Command & Staff Course) or Corporate/Multinational Organization, with at least Ten (10) years at senior decision-making level. - Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid ATPL or those with Qualified Flying Instructor experience. - Well conversant with Air Operator Certificate (AOC) formalities, ICAO Annexes, and Flying Training Facility requirements. - Knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS). - Hands-on experience of handling Operations & Management of Aviation Projects/Aerodrome/Flying Training Institutions. SKILLS - Must have demonstrated experience in Project Management, Financial Analytics and Commercial and Contract Management Agreements. Additionally, experience in instructional flying will be preferred. |
- Merit - 01 - Contract: Three (03) Years (extendable) - Lump Sum Pay Package shall be offered as Rs. 514,800/- per month with 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy) |
