Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Model Schools & College in Jinnah International Airport Karachi is seeking an Administrator. The position, advertised under No. 02/2025 for PAA Schools & College, is based in Karachi, Lahore, and Hyderabad, on a two-year extendable contract.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree (preferably in HR or Science) from an HEC-recognized university.
- At least 10 years of teaching or academic experience in reputable institutions.
- Minimum 10 years of administrative experience as Principal, Administrator, or Head in a reputable English Medium Secondary Science School & College or leading educational institution.
- Proven administrative skills for effective management of school/college activities.
- Familiarity with contract management and PPRA Rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maximum age limit: 55 years.
Retired armed forces officers with a strong personality are encouraged to apply. The compensation package is ₹350,000 per month (negotiable), with a 5% annual increase. Candidates must have a clear service record. Those dismissed, terminated, or removed from previous services or PAA Schools & Colleges under questionable circumstances will not be considered.
