• Position: Civilian Medical Officer (Male)
• Vacancy: 01
• BPS: 17
• Qualification and Experience:
  • MBBS/FCPS is preferred.
  • One year of house job, preferably six months in Medicine/Surgery.
  • Additional experience is preferred.
• Age Limit:
  • Civilian: 25 to 35 years
  • Retired Army Officer: Up to 45 years
  • A general relaxation of up to 5 years in the upper age limit may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
• Nationality: Pakistani citizen or Azad Jammu and Kashmir resident.
• Ineligibility: Individuals discharged or released from any government service on disciplinary grounds or convicted by a court of law for an offense involving moral turpitude are ineligible to apply.
• Terms and Conditions of Service:
  • The Medical Officer can be appointed anywhere within the Pakistan Coast Guards area of responsibility in Balochistan/Sindh Province.
  • Pension and gratuity are not admissible.
  • Efficiency and Discipline Rules as per Esta Code 1973 are applicable.
  • One-month advance notice is required for termination of the contract by either side or payment of basic pay.
  • No postgraduate training courses are allowed during the contract period.
  • The Official Secret Act, 1923, is applicable.
