Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience coaching Elite National/Domestic level Cricket teams with a demonstrably proven record of enhancing performance while in those roles; Experience in successfully coaching athletes/cricket teams to international standards; Strong planning, organizing and executing skills; Highly competent in planning team/individual skills enhancement strategies; Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating systems and processes currently in vogue at the international arena; Ability to set KPIs for Players and Coaches with constant monitoring and evaluation; Strong leadership and management skills; Proven ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds; Superior persuasion skills combined with integrity, prudence and professionalism; Strong written and oral communication skills; Strong analytical capabilities with problem solving skills; Computer literacy including Office Suite
