Qualifications

Regular minority students of government institutions only, who have passed their annual examination during the last one year and scored at least 50% marks. In case of GPA system, evaluation sheet from the respective institution is mandatory. Parent/guardian income must not exceed Rs. 80,000/- per month. Students of private institutions are not eligible. Students enrolled in Ph.D., M.Phil., and LL.B. programmes are not eligible.

How to Apply

Apply online at mora.gov.pk within 30 days of publication. Fill the form online, get its printout, and send a hard copy along with the computer-generated number and supporting documents to the Ministry within 05 days of online submission. Required documents: (a) Copy of duly filled application form with computer-generated number attested/verified by the head of institution; (b) Attested copies of Mark Sheets/DMC/Progress Report of last annual exam (attested copies of mark sheets of last two semesters in case of semester system; evaluation sheet in case of GPA system); (c) Father/Guardian's Income Certificate in original; (d) Attested copy of CNIC/NADRA, B-Form of the applicant; (e) Valid/operational account number in a recognized bank (Account Maintenance Certificate issued by the bank on official letterhead, stating account title, account number, branch code and IBAN).
